In addition to the Master of Commerce in Management Practice (specialising in Trade law and Policy) which tralac offers in collaboration with the Graduate School of Business (University of Cape Town), and which is accredited and awarded by the University of Cape Town, tralac offers short courses, including the following:

1. Introduction to Trade Law
2. Trade Policy Tools (trade data analysis and tools for trade policy analysis)
3. Rules of Origin
4. Dispute Resolution (e.g. WTO, with particular specialisations such as Agriculture)
5. Competition Law and Policy
6. Regional Trade Agreements
7. Trade Negotiations (including simulations)

We are also able to design and develop courses for your specific needs. Should you be interested in further details, please contact us.

Please note that if a course is ‘closed’ then it is presented for a specific client or group of participants, and no further applications can be considered.
